Sushi

The Sushi gallery is one of our lead artists favorite art categories. This may be because Capt. Tim has a long history connected to fishing. From fishing tournaments and starting a fish Taxidermy business while in high school, to fishing and underwater photography(BluewaterImages.net), to his current guide service(HookAsnook.com) out of Fort Pierce,FL, It's no wonder why this is one of his favorite sectors of art and the food industry.

The first item of sushi artistry that was made was a maki or “roll”. Next came a temaki(hand roll-shaped like an ice cream cone). Then came tuna and salmon Nigiri followed by a Sake decanter and cup, and a bowl of Ramen noodles. Other possibilities are custom chopsticks, udon noodles and musubi.
